***Parking***
Many of the downtown hotels (the Hampton, the Battle House) are within walking distance of the Gallery, about 8 blocks. It is kind of a long walk though, and the current weather report is calling for rain, so here is parking information:
The Robertson Gallery does NOT have its own designated parking.
Limited parking is available along the side of Dauphin Street leading up to and just past the Gallery.
There is also a small corner parking lot, one block past the Gallery, at the corner of Dauphin and Franklin.
We have gotten permission to use the parking lot of a law firm on Hamilton Rd (which runs alongside the Gallery). To park here, you will have to drive one block past the Gallery on Dauphin, turn left on Franklin, turn left on St Francis, and turn left onto Hamilton due to all the one-way streets.
